Pupils & ParentsEdulink for Parents
Text
Edulink One is our main platform for staying connected with your child’s school life at The King David Sixth Form, Manchester. It allows parents, carers and pupils to access key information in one secure place and supports effective communication between home and school.
From the first week of term, pupils can access Edulink One to view their timetable, attendance, behaviour records, achievements and detentions. Parents and carers can also use Edulink One to monitor this information and stay informed about their child’s progress.
Edulink One is also used to manage homework. Teachers log homework online, which appears on both pupil and parent accounts, giving students a clear digital record of tasks that have been set. Where appropriate, teachers may include instructions, links or attachments to support independent learning. Pupils who are absent will still receive notifications about homework set by their subject teachers.
Student Email Accounts
All students at The King David Sixth Form are provided with a personal school email address, which is used for communication, classwork and access to school systems, including Edulink One.
Most email addresses follow this format:
firstname.surname@kdhigh.co.uk
Example: jonathan.smith@kdhigh.co.uk
If more than one student has the same name, a number will be added to the email address, for example: jonathan.smith1@kdhigh.co.uk
