The King David High School is committed to providing a high-quality education that enables all pupils to flourish academically, socially and personally. We welcome inspection as an important opportunity to reflect on our practice, celebrate strengths and identify areas for continued development.

Our Most Recent Ofsted Inspection

The King David High School was most recently inspected by Ofsted in accordance with the Education Inspection Framework. The inspection considered how effectively the school delivers its curriculum, supports pupils’ personal development and ensures a safe, inclusive and aspirational learning environment.

The full inspection report is available to view here and on the Ofsted website.

Our Approach to Education

We aim to provide a broad, ambitious and well-sequenced curriculum that meets the needs of all learners. Teaching is underpinned by high expectations, strong subject knowledge and a commitment to continual improvement.

We place equal importance on:

  • Academic excellence

  • Positive behaviour and strong relationships

  • Personal development and wellbeing

  • Inclusion, equality and safeguarding

Our staff work collaboratively to ensure pupils are supported, challenged and prepared for their next steps in education and beyond.

Parent and Pupil Voice

We value feedback from pupils, parents and carers and actively use this to inform school improvement. During Ofsted inspections, parents are invited to share their views through Parent View, and pupils have opportunities to speak directly with inspectors.

Continuous Improvement

Here at the King David High School we are committed to reflective practice and continuous improvement. We regularly review our policies, curriculum and provision to ensure we are meeting the needs of our community and maintaining high standards across all areas of school life.
